Chris Larkin is an affordable housing development professional with nearly two decades of experience creating and preserving high-quality, affordable homes for communities across the United States. Throughout his career, Chris has worked with both nonprofit and for-profit developers, including Bridge Street Development Corporation in Brooklyn, MidPen Housing in the San Francisco Bay Area, Century Housing in Los Angeles, and Brinshore Development in Chicago.

Chris brings deep expertise across all phases of the real estate development lifecycle, from site selection and predevelopment through construction and permanent loan conversion. He is highly experienced in structuring and executing transactions utilizing both 9% and 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, and layered public financing administered by agencies at the federal, state, and local levels.

Over the course of his career, Chris has successfully secured and managed a wide range of capital and operating subsidies, including HOME, CDBG, Project-Based Section 8 and VASH, Continuum of Care, Capital Magnet Fund, Community Project Funding, and numerous local funding programs.

His work reflects a disciplined, execution-oriented approach grounded in mission alignment, financial stewardship, and long-term community impact.
